Delivery & Returns Policy
Many Sensory Works and Sensory Works Art products are bespoke, personalised or manufactured specifically to customer requirements.
Bespoke and personalised products: Products created to an individual specification, using customer-supplied imagery or artwork, or otherwise personalised specifically for a customer may have different cancellation and return rights from standard non-personalised goods. Where applicable, customers will be informed before confirming an order that the product is being manufactured specifically for them.
Approval: Where appropriate, artwork, specification or other project details may require customer approval before production begins. Customers are responsible for checking information supplied for approval carefully.
Delivery: Estimated production and delivery times will be provided where appropriate. Delivery dates may vary according to the nature and complexity of the project, production requirements and destination. Sensory Works will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays occur outside our reasonable control.
Damaged or incorrect goods: If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from the agreed specification, customers should contact Sensory Works as soon as possible after delivery, providing details and photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, reproduction or another suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Standard products: Where Sensory Works offers standard, non-personalised products through the website, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights will be honoured. Nothing within this policy affects a customer's statutory rights.
